Coming out (hopefully) later this week, Mongo Dash is a (somewhat) sequel to my popular Mario style platform game Mongo Madness. The difference is that it is an auto-runner type game, sort of like the new Super Mario Run that recently came out for mobile devices. Beyond that though, it's an all new Mongo adventure, featuring all new maps to play through. It will be able for all mobile devices, on the web, on the desktop, and even on the TV. I'm nearly done with this game, just putting on the final polish to some of the maps.
This should be an exciting one for some people. Antiquitas is an all new ancient-Rome themed city builder game that I am now building in tandem with my popular colony simulator My Colony. Both games share the same engine, and so work done on one game will directly benefit the other. Work on Antiquitas has already begun, and the first release should be made available on Ape Web Apps within the next couple of weeks, shortly after the release of My Colony v0.31.0. The game will be web only for now, but once it is more complete it will be coming to all mobile and desktop devices as well.

Level Up More
I was originally planning to get this game done by the end of April, but that might be ambitious. We will see though. Level Up More is the sequel to my original RPG game Level Up, and as the name suggests, it's like the original except more. Players finally get to find out what happens at the end of Level Up, whether they choose to destroy the alien spaceship or the planet earth. The game picks up right where the first one left off.

Beyond the new titles mentioned above, several exciting updates are coming to my existing line up of games. First, My Colony will continue to receive between three and four updates per month. By the end of the spring, I hope to have the Zolarg faction pretty well fleshed out, and this summer I will expand the online multiplayer aspect of the game by implementing Federations, a system where independent colonies can join together into a common governmental structure.
Next, my farming simulator My Land is going to receive several updates offering premium content. The concept worked out pretty well with My Colony, so I am going to see if the same holds true to My Land.
Finally, for years now, my wife and sister have been telling me that I need to make a M.A.S.H. game for mobile, so about a month ago I released M.A.S.H. Party to all mobile platforms. Apparently I still do not fully understand the concept of the M.A.S.H. game or it's target audience, and have been told that improvements need to be made. I plan to make updates improving the aesthetics of the game, as well as adding more interactive stories that players can choose from.
With the above mentioned new games and updates, I should have plenty to work on over the next few months. And to top it off, as always, I remain committed to making monthly feature updates to each of my top ten apps (in terms of active users). So that's what's up and coming from Ape Apps. Stay tuned for more!
